The takeover provides a platform for IBPOC members to share stories and explore topics that celebrate diversity while fostering a greater understanding and empathy among non-racialized colleagues. From discussions on safety and equity to embracing diversity, inclusion, and belonging, this takeover promises a rich exploration of varied realities.
