The ink on the first province-wide agreement is barely dry and MTS is getting to work on the next round of provincial collective bargaining! We want to hear from you about what matters most as we approach negotiations.
Today, MTS is launching the online Provincial Bargaining Survey. It is posted under “Quick Links” along the right hand side of your MyProfile landing page and is open to all MTS members under the Provincial Bargaining Agreement. This excludes AÉFM members, who will conduct their own survey to assist the bargaining committee at the Francophone table. It also excludes our federal bargaining units.
The survey is voluntary, but we encourage you to participate as the collective bargaining power of MTS depends on the voices of teachers.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and closes on Sunday, May 4, 2025.
