A tentative collective agreement was reached last week following two years of intensive negotiations aimed at amalgamating the 37 (anglophone) teacher collective agreements under provincial jurisdiction.
We are pleased to share detailed information about the proposed agreement and plans for ratification.
Tentative Agreement Details
You can review the details of the tentative agreement by logging in to your My Profile account and clicking on the Provincial Bargaining tab and selecting Membership Update.
Ratification Vote Information
The ratification vote will take place online from August 1 to August 7. Detailed instructions for online voting will be provided closer to the voting period.
Requesting a Paper Ballot
If you prefer to vote using a paper ballot, you must request one. Click here to request a paper ballot. Please include your name, member number, and where you would like the ballot mailed in the email. The deadline to request a paper ballot is July 24. Paper ballots must be returned to the Chief Electoral Officer and postmarked by August 7. A return mail envelope will be provided.

Reporting of Results
The voting will close at 4:00 PM on August 7, and the results will be reported soon after.
